What do you charge for consultations?
Consultations are free of charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We require full payment on the day a service is rendered, but we are sensitive to individual needs and circumstances. If you have questions in this regard, please ask. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted. Your insurance company will not be billed for aesthetic procedures.
We also accept Care Credit, offer GreenSky flexible financing solutions, and participate in Allergan's Brilliant Distinctions patient loyalty program.
Do you accept refunds?
Sales on products and services are final. Refunds are not accepted once a service is rendered. Results of aesthetics procedures are inherently different from person to person, and even for an individual after an identical repeat procedure.
Gratuities
No gratuities are accepted for aesthetic procedures.
Alcohol and Drugs
Please do not drink alcohol for 24 hours prior to an aesthetic procedure (the same goes for drug use).
Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your scheduled service. We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, will both be considered 'no shows' and will be charged $50.00 fee.
